Loooove that you addressed the womens weight issues in the sport. SO frustrating to be 155lbs and be forced to roll w/ 200lbs or BUMPED UP WITHOUT even getting asked.
What I realize now is that a lot of the jiu-jitsu schools I attended had really crappy instruction. Excellent vid by Ms. Davies
